injured my shoulder throwing a ball last week, just wondering what exact injury is as cant afford doctor or physio at moment.
The discomfort is just near acromion and not deep in shoulder and not near surface muscle.
It hurts(not serious pain but disturing to my sleep as i sleep on side) most when i raise arm above shoulder height at an approx 45degree angle and push shoulder and arm out and away from my body. Also when i hold arm out at shoulder height and turn it inwards like turning a steering wheel it gets worse. Is it sub acromion bursitis, rotator cuff tendondonitis or impingment?

I think i may have irritated it initially in gym doing shoulder exercises.
I am taking ibuprofen and doing some minor rotator cuff stretches to maintain mobility.
I just want to know what it's likely to be.
