Switching to a better router

I have a neotopia 2247-20 router But I have gotten a zyxel router that i want to use when i connect it all up,my laptop can connect to the router.but cant use the internet with it? it's called a zyxel Wireless ADSL Modem Router with FREE Wireless Adapter (P660HW & G202) on the box it has " for bt connections" but i am with…

on the box it has " for bt connections" but i am with eircom.so does that mean i cant use it?

someone i know suggested i reconfigure the PPPOE but i have no idea how to do that

can anyone tell me if its possible for me to use this router,and if so how can i get it working?
