Vodafone 3MB with calls Vs Vodafone Broadband only

Hi, Was looking at Vodafone site and they are offering 3MB broadband with free local and national off peak calls and 200 mins off peak vodafone calls for €40. They aslo offer just 3MB broadband with no calls for €40. Am I missing something here. Why would anyone choose the second option?

id say they don't want anyone taking broadband without the landline rental
