lot my job about a month ago. I have applied for and recieve jobseekers benifit but like teh ajority of people I'm mortgaged to the hilt. basically i get the max on JSB which comes to about 1400 a month but my total outgoings on mortgage loans utilites etc without food, petrol or any medical issues that pop up are about 1500. I recieved no redundancy and have only minimal savings in the bank.

as far as i know I recieve mortgage interest relief at source or at least i did not to sure if i still do.

I have applied for a tax refund, also a medical card, i know folks get rent allowance/relief is there anything similiar for a mortgage?
