    Hi guys,
just ordered a new 500Gb HDD for my MBP (120Gb just isn't cutting it).

    It'll be split 320Gb OSX + 180Gb Bootcamp/VMWare.
But my Time Machine disk is only 160Gb.

    Will TM bork?

Time Capsule backups are sequential so the capsule drive will require more space than the drive which it is backing up. However if you have less than 160GB to backup you should be fine, you can also select what folders to backup which could reduce the volume of space required.
