Databasing and printing labels of club members

Hi All, Simple q but can't find answers on the net that aren't complicated. Basically i have taken over membership of a club and basically want to put members details into a database and be able to print labels for memos, whats the easiest way for me to do it?

Lazy Googling there.

I presume the database is an Excel file? Have a look at the mail-merge function in Word, Google for help if you need it.
