Me and the other half went to see this last night, it was a toss up of this or Ingloroius Bastards, so we thought we would go for the funny.

By god we where wrong, the title of the film is very miss leading and its everything but Funny. It was 2 and a half hours of crap.

I should of known better than going to watch a Adam Sandler film.

You missed out, I hadn't laughed as much in the cinema as when we saw Inglourious Basterds.

Awful alright... What were you thinking in fairness? Adam Sandler? AKA unfunny, whiney-voiced jew-mour officianado extraordinaire?

I saw this for free in Cineworld and I even wanted my money back...

More Drama than Comedy but I laughed quite alot, even snorted once !

That whole Ex-Girlfriend stuff needed to be dropped.

In album terms, Knocked up was the surprise debut, Superbad was the quickly followed up similar 2nd album ... Funny People would be the selftitled serious album.

40 year old virgin Apatow's first movie as a director, and he didnt direct Superbad :p

I agree with ya about the film tho, it went downhill when the Ex came in

Didn't like the film on the whole, but i though Sandler was the best thing about it, I'd say its his second best ever performance after Punch Drunk Love

He gives a good performance in Reign Over Me.

Normally am a Sandler fan, didn't like this at all.
