Anyone used one of these? Looks useful for keeping track of pool lengths.

If your sets are properly designed you shouldn't be counting high at all and there shouldn't be a need for one.

Looks perfect for me. I lose track even when I'm doing 6,8 or 10 lengths. Would also be nice to see some lap times.

Would like to see how easy it is to read the information from it after your swim session.

Same here.. maybe I should concentrate more. If your order one, let me know how you get on.

    Hi folks

I have one and, have to say, haven't found it much use in the pool, but to be fair some of that's my fault!

I find it quite difficult to press the button to count a lap while moving and if you have to stop at the end of each length, or lap, to do that it kinda defeats the purpose! I also find the screen tricky to read, even with clear lens googles but then my eyesight isn't great at the best of times and I don't wear my contacts while swimming.

Found it great for running though, particularly for keeping track of pace on a marked course!

Pros: small, light, does what its says on the tin in terms of keeping track of time and laps, pretty inexpensive
Cons: tricky to use/see in the water

I have one and have being using it for about a year or so. It is often difficult to read it, but i only click the counter for every 2nd lenght (i.e. while turning in the deep end of the pool), and usually can read the lap counter in the time it take to push from the wall and resurface with out too much issue.
On occasion i either forget to press it, or press it too often, but that can be checked by the readout at the end by checking the fastest\slowest lap.

i like doing long pools sessions, especially coming up to races (at least 1 session a week at race pace\distance).
