    Just wondering if anyone could recommend a DIY body wrap.. im off on hols on friday, just looking to lose a few inches etc.

    Dead sea minerals do them. I got one in a gift pack once.
    It was hilarious undignified using it.
    It did have a temporary toning effect. But one that would last for the duration of a holiday.

    If you genuinely want to lose inches you can't beat a couple of weeks of weight lifting with the right diet.

    TBH the ones you do at home are pretty useless and as Moonbaby said they only have a temporary effect. Your probably better off doin a full body exfoliation using a good body scrub or polish. This will make your skin glow and if you have any cellulite it will be less noticeable, plus it will prefer your skin for a good tan:)
