Hi, I'm not looking for legal advice her.

What I would like to know is if anyone has experience of taking a claim against a Co.Council for unfinished work?

My situation involves anti-flooding measures in my back garden that were only half completed 12 months ago.

We've been left with 4 land drains across the garden covered with gravel that the kids and the lawnmower throw all over the place.

Did anyone manage to get work completed?

    Thanks.
