Guys Can anyone answer the simple question. How do I upload my existing contacts in address book to entourage. It is painful having to potentially inputting all the data. Any advice please.

There's a freeware utility called "Address Book Exporter" which exports the entries from the Address Book to a tab delimited text file which you should then import into Entourage.
