    Hi
I updated the firmware on my Iphone 2g to firmware version 3.0.1 and re jailbreaked . It worked fine except now when i click on photos then click on camera roll its used to come up a preview (thumbnail) of all the photos i have taken and u could select the one you want to view full screen , now it comes just black squares , but when u press on them the photos come up full screen so they are not lost they are still in the phone. I tried updating and re jailbreaking but Its still the same . I updated and jailbreaked my mates I phone and his works fine . does anyone know how to get the previews ( thumbnails) back up

you can do that on windows afaik.

    1. just plug in iphone.
    2. go my computer and the DCIM directory should be there.
    3. copy all photos off the phone.
    4. delete the directory.
    5. unplug iphone.
    6. take a photo so that iphone will create that directory again.
    7. copy photos back using steps above.
