Irish classes

I'm about to start first year Irish Studies and, as part of the course, we get 3-4 hours of Irish language tuition a week at all levels. I come from the North so I've never really formally studied Irish, except for a few crash courses, and I'm determined to learn as much as I possibly can this year.
I intended to take a course with Conradh na Gaeilge or Gael Linn but they are both far too expensive for me, so I'm wondering what sort of classes Trinity offers? I can't tell if the cumann gaelach actually run classes or just organise events and their homepage seems to be down at the moment.
Can anyone shed some light about courses or classes which are suitable for relative beginners either in Trinity or (cheap!) classes elsewhere?

    Go raibh maith agaibh!

Last year Oifig na Gaeilge ran free Irish classes for 1 hour a week. Though, they weren't really suitable for beginners. There are also the evening language classes you should have been told about by now, which are 2 hours per week and have different levels available.

Ah thats helpful, Oifig na Gaeilge look like they might know their stuff! I'll send them an email now. Yeah, I only got my orientation thingy today so I'm a bit behind, that night class looks perfect (though I was also thinking of doing Italian, ah well.)

    Thanks :)
