    My brother has an internet usb modem from 3 in which he pays a bill for.

    I broke it by accident tonight (posting this from my mobile).

    Wondering before I go to town tomorrow would 3 give me a new usb modem. Have to replace it.

    I wouldn't bother mentioning it. If it is the same 3 package that I am on, he's unlikely to notice a marked deterioration.
