But even at the lightweight drunk level I wouldn't consider those speakers. They're lights.

Used the service twice. the 1st time I was charged immediately after placing the order but was told after 3 weeks that the item was sold out. It took me 4 weeks longer to get my money back (through paypal, should've been quicker).
2nd time (early september, bought 2 ceramic coated frying pans), after 3 weeks I hadnt received the product. wrote to them 3 times and never received a reply. got a email a week later confirming order and shipping as if I had just placed the order a few times before. no sign of a customer service rep actually replying to my numerous queires. just received the goods and it's now 4 weeks later.
maybe i've particularly unlucky but i feel the service is just poor, borderline scam (shipping charges are mad, €12.50 to get the item 4 weeks later). i wrote a couple of negative reviews on different sites that review online retailers. and have cancelled my subscription to their email newsletter. I think that at the end the only power that we have a consumers is to decide where to spend our hard earned euros and spread the word on our positive and negative experiences

they do one product per day, that's 365 products a year... amazon does tens of millions. i'd rather pay 10% more and get customer service and great fullfillment rather than use ibood ever again
