Getting DynoSecure to install secutiry system into a pre-wired house.

Any advice for what sort of system I should be looking for, as it is one area of building I have almost no knowledge of?

    Thanks in advance.

If its just an alarm and the house is pre wired you really have too many options on system design. There are fairly standard across the board. Make sure the company is PSA (Private Security Authority) approved (check the psa website). Make sure the system is zoned (upstairs & downstairs) so when you go to bed you can say alarm the downstairs (if its 2 storey).

Also maybe see if they are installing a 'digi dialler' so if the alarm goes off you get a text or call, or that you can connect to a monitoring station.

Also maybe post this in the electrical system on here as I think there are a few alarm/electrical guys who may be able to help you some more?
