Found this paragraph on another meassage board.

I don't know the name of it, I have tried to source it a couple of times, I have only seen about an hour of it but.......There is a four-hour Agentine documentary showing football in the country through each decade up to early 1990's. Showing acres of old footage and interviews. It is so generous in it's timing that there is about 5 minutes of shots going the wrong side of the post in the 1930's a few minutes later there is another few minutes of footage of football teams coming up the steep steps from the bowls of the River Plate Stadium with the audio of interviews over it.
This would be my favourite football film....if I know what it was called.
