It's a pretty common problem. You should try gradually pulling it back in the shower or bath. There is also a cream you can get. But regular soap can be just as effective.

Dont be scaring him. Circumcision would be the very last resort. There are plenty, and I mean plenty, of other less drastic remedies to try first.
