CGI critters aside this is a very good film.

+1 it's a good film, shocking ending! As far as I understand, Darabont wanted the film to be released in B+W (which is on the DVD set) and apparently the creatures don't look as hokey in that format. I think I'll be picking that up, 4 quid is well worth it for the B+W version which I've yet to see.

Still seems to be available at this price. I watched the black and white version over the weekend. It was rather good.

Klingon Hamlet

Excellent film,and again Darabont knows how to recreate the character interaction that's so unique to King's writing, whilst also making it fresh even after having read the story on which it's based.

Tom Jane is especially good, OT but he's a real chameleon of an actor (especially when you realise he's in Face/Off!)
