Dizziness after cycling?

    Hey,
Yesterday I cycled more than I have in a long time (35km or so). I noticed during the cycle that my neck was a bit sore from holding it up a lot, as I was using a racer bike.

Today I am getting some fairly disorientating dizzy spells. It only happens when I move...if I stay seated or fairly still it's fine.

I'm just wondering has anyone else gotten this after a cycle? Just trying to figure out the cause of this dizziness as it's been bothering me all day.

    Cheers

Go to your doctor - nobody here could give you an accurate diagnosis - even if someone here has experienced similar you've no way of knowing if it's the same thing

This is the most accurate advice you will get here. So, to avoid any mis-diagnosis I am going to close this thread.
