    Can someone post a link too or explain the basics on the treaty without all the political jargon or made up stuff to scare us into a no vote

    There's quite a bit of treaty to explain...I've done a summary of the changes, but even that's pretty long (although at least each summary is short). Should be available online fairly soon.
