Masters Module Changes

Hi I chose all my modules for the LLM Masters but now I want to change some. When I go into try it says that Phase 2 (Module Registration) is not available. Is this a general error or is there something I can do about it?

Module registration is closed today because the elective places lotto is on! It should re-open Saturday or Monday.
