    I would like to offer a very warm welcome to Graham, official representative from Citizen's Information who is going to be helping to answer questions on the State Benefits board. Hopefully he will be able to answer some of the stumpers we get and I'm really looking forward to what are bound to be some extremely valuable contributions!

    He will be easy to spot, as his username is in bright red and his user image is the citizen's information logo.
