I dont understand this at all

    This is quoted directly from the trinity halls student handbook,

    • Similarly traffic cones and shopping trolleys should not be brought into the
    buildings as by doing so they may impede residents exit from the buildings in the
    event of an evacuation.

    Hardly they're referring to the drunken antics of halls residents, although I really cant see another reason for putting this in.

    Maybe if I do a load of shopping in tesco they dont want me to keep my trolley in my room?
    and to make sure that theres no congestion in teh rooms, by people moving traffic cones
    its drunken antics Lol

    Lol yeah, there were problems with the guards about traffic cones not too long ago i think they put that in to appease them.
    And the JCR loan trolleys for moving in and out days, but they pay deposits on them and dont want you keeping the trolleys for the craic like so the made a rule about it.
