    Yes he is very very watchable as Myles Obrein, brilliant character & very funny. Come to think of it, every single character in DS9 is very well explored, sisko, obrein, garak, quark etc - love it.

    while miles o'brien is a great character - garak is the best . he deserves his own spin off.
