My apologies for mentioning the 'C' word soooo soon! I am just wondering if anyone out there know of hotels doing any special deals for xmas breaks? Ideally located in Meath or Dublin, I so do not want to do xmas at home this year and would love the idea of heading to a hotel on xmas eve and staying till St. Stephens's day..

I have looked around and it seems to be an average of €500 per adult, and any of the hotels I have come across seem to very posh, which really wouldn't be my cup of tea! Id love a place which would be relaxed (with kids) etc.....
