hey guys i am just after buying a house and i am putting the kitchen in myself i want a 5 ring glass hob and i am looking for a 70cm extractor hood but what i want to know is will the cleaning of the hood be too time consuming as i am not a domestic goddess and i am wondering if a stainless steel hood be better, im just wondering if anyone has a glass extractor hood and has found it difficult to keep clean or does anyone have any advice, thanks :)

For what its worth, we have a stainless steel hood. We don't clean it that often and it doesn't show. I think a glass one would be a nightmare. Grease+dust=sugar-soap-nightmare :)
