    Have decided to take the [big] plunge and go back to academica with a postgrad in micro electronics, mainly vhdl/mixed signal design/eda tools and all that, also throwing in module in c++ for good measure, so the whole thing will have a strong embedded feature.

    I think fpga and asic programming is a pretty big area for now and the future....


    would I be right?! also, would this be difficult, has anyone done masters levels in this, been ages since i did my degree [2006] did some lab work on vhdl but not alot. kinda freakin out...
