This has been bugging me for years. I think it would've been out sometime in the late 80s, maybe early 90s. Can't for the life of me remember if it was on TV or out on VHS as was quite young at the time but story was about a young, dark-haired girl who ends up in this mad Christmas village. She gets involved in some plight against some kind of an evil witch or similar (definitely not the Wizard of Oz before someone suggests it but similar plot but Christmas themed, come to think of it). In the film, she's trying to get a way home to her parents in time for Christmas.

At the end of the film, it turns out it was all a dream she had while unconscious and everyone lives happily ever after.

Can anyone help? Would love to track it down?
