    Hey im just back from school rugby training , and as a warmdown we played rugby bulldog . My friends taught it would be great if they double teamed me(those basterds :( ) , when i was brought down my knee cracked and now i can barely walk . My parents arent home from holiday till monday , is there anything i can do to stop it getting worse ?

    Rest it for the time being and when your parents get home try and arrange a trip to a physio if you can. hard luck

    Honestly you should take advice from random people on boards. If it's bad ring your coach more then likely your school has ties with a local physiotherapist.

    Speaking from a personal manner use anti inflammatory cream on it and also take some nurofen,

    If you "can barely walk" and your knee cracked, get yourself down to A&E immediately. As a previous poster has said taking medical advice from boards is not the best idea. In the meantime Take anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen (as long as you're not asthmatic and have no stomach problems), ice it and elevate it.
