    I think regardless if you use that or not you should be using the latest version of Flash which has quite a few exploits patched. Not all flash attacks come via Safari.

    Looks like the next version of Firefox will check for Flash updates after updating the browser. A good move.

    I got the latest version of flash from adobe's website, but I get an error message off bbc's site when I try use a flash page

    I've version 10.0.32.18 installed
