tax on profit from jobs other than my main job

i'm a paye worker but made some money from a few other things i do and want to declare the profit so i can pay the taxes.

What forms do i have to fill out?

Hi,

If your Income is less than 4.5K you do not require to register for Income Tax and file form 11. Instead you need to declare your other income with your paye Income in form 12.

Alternatively you can ring revenue (Paye district) at 1890 333 425.
