    Has there ever been an official apology from Harlequins to Leinster (or other teams) the cheated against?

    they issued a general apology over the incident, not sure if anything directly aimed at Leinster

    Edit: I see in oine of their statements that Quins mentioned that they had written to leinster to apologise over the incident
