    my left pedal is gone, fell apart. strange since the bike is only 5months old.
    its just a standard dual suspension bike.

    You should be able to get a set of metal medals for under 20 quid in most bike shops and they won't break after a few months use.

    If you can pick them up in Donnybrook I have a pair of bog standard plastic pedals you can have for free. Not as good as metal pedals for grip etc but they have been solid enough.

    thanks very much, might get back to you on that. I had metal ones with little flat spikes, the right pedal is fine tho, not sure what happened to the left
