Sky box free to air

    Probably been asked a million times before but here goes.

    I have a sky box & canceled account. dish is set up for astra2 28.2
    I want to get free to air stations through the existing dish. Can i use the sky box also? It has a card in it or do i need to buy a new box solely for free to air?

    Any idea's?

    You can use a Sky box no problem to receive the FTA channels, the only disavantage is you cannot move the channel lineup order so they remain on the channel no specified by the epg...

    Take out the card and leave the power out for 2mins and turn it on without the viewing card to take full effect of the fta channels.
