    Hi All,

I have a wisdom tooth that has a cavity in it, do they normally fill these? The tooth isn't impacted and gives me no other problems.

Also i've a tiny chip out of the corner of one of my front teeth, its very small and you can only notice when up real close, is there something simple that can be done with this just to level it out?

I have a filling in one of my wisdom teeth, had it done in Smiles.

I had a few of mine filled recently. I asked the dentist and he said that if they're not giving trouble they just fill them these days.
It didn't seem any more troublesome to fill than a regular tooth.

Yes, I had my wisdom teeth filled before they were removed.

My wisdom teeth, certainly, were less "durable" than my other molars and therefore they did tend to decay faster. Probably also to do with the issue of not being able to reach all the areas that far back.

I don't remember them being that difficult to fill, but it was a bit tedious having your mouth open at the closest you could get to a 180 degree angle

cool, sounds good (well apart from the drilling and filling bit! :o )

Anyone got suggestions on that tiny chip out of my front tooth? i'll ask the dentist when i'm in with him anyway for the wisdom tooth...
