Hi Folks first time posting here was just looking for advice

Had an extraction on Tuesday and have been coping ok i guess, just wondering when is it ok to rinse my mouth and with what? I know i have to let the blood clot and have tried not to drink except when i was taking painkillers had the odd glass of water but thats basically it, the dentist said wait 24 hours before rising is this right? I was in bits so was hard to concentrate

    Many thanks :)

By the way i have read the charter i am not asking for medical advice just practical advice other peoples experiences and knowledge etc hope this is ok
