    Hi All,
I am looking for some advice.

Last year I got the three mobile broadband with the dongle which I tried to cancel on the 26th April. I gave them my notice of thirty days. I noticed on my statment on the 19th of august that I was still getting charged, so I phoned them. I was told that I would be cancelled from that date and that I would be getting some credit back. I checked my statememnt today to find out that I have been charged yet again. I am royally pissed off about it and I have made numerious phonce calls but I feel at this stage they are taking the piss.

Does anyone know if there is anything that I can do to recover my casy back..? Whom shuld I chat to..?

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Peter.

Have a quick look around ComRegs site and see if they are the ones that you complain to about this. If they aren't find out who is, talk to them and ask what you should do next. THEN get onto 3, for the last time, and ask to speak to a manager. Thell them you have spoken to ComReg or whoever who will take your case further if you don't receive satisfaction within a week. Get them name of the person you speak to, and tell them if you don't have a cheque in your hand within 7 days you will bring the case to ComRg/Beezbebub/Bertie Aherne or whoever.

Why haven't you canceled the direct debit with the bank yet? This is the first thing you should have done. Then get the bank to reverse the wrongly charged ones, from when you originally canceled.

Customer + Care are two words that don't fit together for most ISPs in Ireland
(thats if you can call 3 an ISP)
