    But aren't there shuttle trains serving Drogheda, Laytown, Gormanston, Balbriggan and Skerries?

    I think there's one in Laytown @ 08:36 that will have you in Balbriggan @ 08:45 - that's if you were intending to use the train from Laytown before the Malahide Viaduct Collapse.

    AFAIK, there are private busses from Drogheda and I might have heard of ones from the East Meath area, but I think they all go straight into Dublin along the M1.
