    hi,
    i am having trouble just filling out my form for the department of social & Family Affairs the declaration of income from insurable employment as i have been put on a week on week off in work, i dont know what to put in for PRSI, if anyone could help that would be great

    Probably a bit late with reply but they are looking for your employee contributions (EE PRSI). It would be on your payslip.
