I just wonder after years of marriage, how people fight against their natural desire and win this battle. I remembered there was a program on RTE one about the prostitutes, and most of their customers are married men. It upset me a little bit. Then recently one of my friend said to me he is very bored of the sex life with his wife. And he realy wants to have sex with other women but he dosen't want to do it considering his children. However everyday he is fighting against his desire...
I start to think is this natural? I said to him this is common and natural. but don't start the new relationship until you finish the old one. then nobody will get hurt.
So if anyone could help with this topic would be great.

I am divorced and didn't screw around. I did once I had seperated.

Its a personal decision but I would have found it a headwreck. I certainly wouldn't cheat on my current partner as she is too precious to me and I love her to bits. We had this conversation and she knows this about me too.

:)Thanks for all your honest and straightforward reply... I'm not suggesting anything. I just try to find out something behind the society or marriage. I'm married, and i trust my husband a hundred percent.
But in another hand I can understand how hard it could be to hold the desire when you have no more feeling with your spouse after ten or twenty years of marriage. Seldom ordinary people could have a love last forever. That's what I said to my friend. I tried to comfort him by saying this is normal because he started to doubt himself.
