    hey,

i'm just after starting college over in america,on exchange from ucc, and am really interested in playing rugby while i'm here.the only problem is that i've never played before.
i'm just wondering,is it hard to start from scratch?a few of the guys on the team say its grand for beginners to join.
i tink when i go down to play i'll try for the front row, pobably prop (i'm a pretty big guy;round 95kgs.

so basically,i'm just looking for advice on beginning rugby from scratch

Prop is pretty techinical but it can be thought. best thing to do is go training and take it from there teh coachs will know which position would suit you best. if you are in New york there is a great team to join always keen for new players and are great craic.
