Hi, I have a 305 with HRM for sale. Was going to put up on ebay but if you're interested let me know. Looking for €100.00. Approx. 3 years old. Still have box and CD, accessories etc. In good condition. I have just purchased 405Cx - reason for sale. I also have a 205 with HRM which will sell for €80.00.:)

Just to comment on this I use the 205 and it's been an amazing tool to have for setting targets and recording distance / calories burnt etc. I wouldn't go running now without it.

couldn't agree more. Also have you tried Zonefive softwareSportracks. It leaves the garmin training pack for dead. Its free to download - just google sportracks. You can track shoe mileage etc.

Sorry to hijack the thread but does anyone who owns a Garmin 305 know how to change the settings from miles to kms and from min/mile to min/km?

I've looked at the manual several times but can't see where it shows it. And I'm sure someone has said before that you can set it up in km's.

Settings - general - units , statute to metric.

I have a 2 year old 305 for sale for €100 also. In perfect condition and have box and all that came with it. Reason for sale - bought 310XT (although not much difference between the 2 watches to be honest).

This is really if anyone else interested after The Mohawk and Amadeus offers which were in first.

Not sure if the posters on this thread managed to get rid of their Forerunner 305 / 405 watches? If not, I'd certainly be keen. Mine was robbed from car during the week along with Asics Kinsei trainers and Ipod....still guttted
