Since 4pm today i've been trying to download it. I went to system update, update via internet, and all I get is: "The latest version of the system software is installed. There is no need to update." Please does anyone have any ideas??

Download vis internet on your pc, put it on a USB stick, google it and you should find lots of info.
The search button for this forum should return a few hits on other people doing this.
