Eircom Telephone Exchanges

Does anybody know what exchange Maynooth is on... tryoing to get a phone connected and keeping same number (only moving 5kns) but nobody in eircom can tell me if the new address is on the same exchange.:mad:

Maynooth is on Maynooth exchange. Can you get the phone number of a neighbour at the new address as this will give you a good indication.

Thanks last. Checked with eircom and exchanges are differernt. Is there any way we can keep our old number (spent a fortune on advertising and have had the same business number for the last 20 years)

Eircom offered a divert service but it is a €30 fee, plus charges for every call, plus a €250 deposit (?).

Anybody have any ideas
