    :mad: hi i bought a copy of ghostbusters on the 360 3 months ago on axelmusic region free and nobody told me i was put to back for getting the game ie my game was on back order!

    so 3 weeks ago got an email saying your game has been dispatched and will arrive in roughly 5 days so 3 weeks later no game and im losing my sanity here!

    anyone know where i stand on returning this item as im that angry with the big shower of bas-tards? i mean i cant email them as i dont know where it is and they tell you to not contact unless a month has passed!

    any views help or opinions are greatly appreciated!!

    EU regulations state that an online purchase must be delivered to the customer within 30 days, so you should be able to get a refund on your credit card on that basis, if not from the retailer then contact the bank that issued your credit card or the retailers transaction processor to pursue a chargeback
