    Hi all,

I just got shots(typhoid, hep A etc) today for traveling abroad in November. Just want to know should i continue marathon training as per normal for the next week or rest? Im meant to be running 2 10 milers a 10 mile with Fartlek and a long run on sunday of 16 miles. The doc just said to 'train easy' and didnt specify a time line of 'training easy' or what training easy entailed . Have any of you trained while having the shots?

Yep, had a bunch of shots before moving to India - 3 days later I ran a 5k race over there, no issues with the shots, only kids that wouldn't sleep in a new time zone.
