There is another one like this I saw, think it was a pro race in the US, the winner crashed over the line but still managed to win the race. Can't find it though!

Same story with Abdoujaparov, he went straight to hospital in an ambulance once over the line and it was the first time the points winner was not at the presentation I believe.

I think the most impressive thing about that crash is the guys riding on his wheel. Check out the massive power slide by the guy (he's in the mainly black kit, on the black bike) who would have finished 5th or 6th. It was a great piece of riding by the guys following to avoid hitting the guy who had 'kissed the tarmac'
