Monday & Tuesday are the busiest days, fairly crowded then with about 8-9 people per lane. Later in the week is usually quieter.

It can be frustrating if you are swimming at a pace between the speed of fast and slow lanes; the slow lanes are full of people who can barely move.

If you have the time then lunchtimes are a better bet, much quieter.
