Working During Open Days

I know they're not on until November, but I was wondering how one goes about working at these? After seeing the dates on the calender for the year, it just intrigued me and I would like to work at them. Whether it's giving tours or whatever. How do you get a job at these? Does the college allow first years to work at them…

Yeah, they send out an email with instructions on how to apply to work the open days.

Then i think you take a slight training course before the days.

Thats about it.
